Looking into the distance, seeing the horizon, breathing the sea air and marvelling at the cloud formations: this is what always draws me to the sea. In this case, to the North Sea in St. Peter Ording, where the beach seems endless.

The motif is continued at the edges so that the picture can be hung without additional framing.
