When traveling through the Caribbean I got the inspiration to create an artwork devoted to the natives, the Tainos. The wood I used is Chechen, which is an oiled Caribbean Rosewood. This wood species is not listed in CITES or ICUN Red List of Threatened Species. Weight 242 gr.
