Original artwork description:

"Tabata" is a work I made in 2007
at that time I was working on the series FREELY, I enjoyed preparing the backgrounds with more colors and with chalk.

I then continued the work by painting with the oil color technique on board, the oil color I use superimposing many very thin layers of color appropriately diluted to create the effects I want.

It represents a rag doll sitting and smiling (she smiles even though she has no mouth), greets happily, she is wearing a red tartan dress and wearing black shoes; her hair is strands of wool that I painted one by one trying to recreate a soft movement.

I painted a doll, inventing it, the fruit of my imagination, I wanted it to be a doll happy to keep me company and to be with me, always ready and happy to play with me or with those who wish to see beyond and play happily with the imagination.

This work participated in the 2007 exhibition in Pergine Valsugana TN entitled "BIANCO E BIANCO" by Bagatti and Lorenzetti

The work does not provide the frame to create even more the sense of freedom.

The work is signed on the front and back and will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity

for non-EU shipments, it is necessary to wait for authorization from the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and this could lead to a delay of a few days

Materials used:

colori ad olio su telaio di legno
