This work is about volunteers. People support and care for each other, realizing that they are stronger together. Volunteers play an important role in creating new content and help where needed. They give the most valuable thing - their energy, resources, and time. And this helps to create a positive working environment, support and mutual understanding between volunteers, which can increase their motivation and enthusiasm for the work. I created my artwork about the synergy that Schäper created in the watercolor layering technique.
