I took inspiration for this sculpture after I had learned of an american woman named Sybil who was known to have 16 separate personalities. When carving Sybil I tried to envisage the physical and mental struggle of having 16 individual personalities and this is what I believe that feeling would look like. Each face is different from the last on this truly unique sculpture.
