Sweet Winter.2024

A surreal portrait of a woman holding a basket of Lemons.
An ode to sweetest fruits lingering in Summer.
Process: Creative expression through medium manipulation and
idea generation from personal stories are the approaches of realising this piece.
* Deeply expressive facial features and body movements in my works are highly influenced by my cultural heritage and decades long figure studies of historical frescoes and murals in spiritual locations from my birth country.
** Primary colours used: Beewax yellow, Mist Blue, Baby Pink, Ochre and Mint Green.
