A stormy rendering of the landscape I see around me. There are many moods to the Sussex Downs, enhanced by environmental factors such as the weather...and I love its subsequent effect on the depth of colour, rolling cloud shadow and wildness.
I have spent time building the surface of the canvas with handmade, tissue-thin papers and patterned fabric and gift wrap.
