My spirits are elevated by the perfumed beauty and romance of roses. Recently I photographed roses in the garden of someone very close to me. I thought of those gorgeous blooms and incorporated abstract versions into the picture when I painted Abby last Friday morning at Dynamic Drawing ( at Byron Bay, Australia ).

Materials used:

Acrylic paints on un-stretched canvas. Sold unframed. Framing is not needed. 8cm border on all sides to stretch over a timber frame. Shipped economically in a tube. Take it to your local framer to have it stretched over a timber frame.
