Original artwork description:

In my last works I am mixing figures diving in beautiful colors with decoration with paper. It is a kind of collage. I use magazine paper to do the fishes. I find very interesting how the painting changes when the background is not realistic. I find the result elegant and subtle.
Since I used a wood as canvas, I wanted to give a vintage touch. So corners have been sanded so the board can be seen.
I added some wood slaps in the backside so there is no need to frame it, but they could be removed without problem.
