Original artwork description:

To combat the February gloom, I decided to paint a pineapple to remind me of sunnier days. It was a ‘supersweet’ variety so quite small and the painting is about life-size.

As usual, I have used Michael Harding oil paints on linen canvas with linseed oil on the upper layers of paint.

The painting is currently unframed although I could arrange framing if desired.
