My wife and I often take very late afternoon walks and often see skies illuminated by the warmth of the sunlight. Recently we had a couple of days with beautiful cloud formations and with the sweet light of the sinking sun. Seeing these beautiful clouds and later looking at my photos, I was inspired to do some of these cloud paintings. This is the first. I wanted to something smaller but the smallest canvas, in a long horizontal format, I had was 12” x 24”. So I went with it. I have framed this landscape painting in a beautiful dark wooden frame with warm undertones and a gold fillet. Hanger wire has been attached and “Sunset Walks” is ready to be hung. Bring a little of the outdoors into your home so you can see it without even going outside.
