Sunset summer Sugarloaf is a painting of one of my favourite \subjects - The Sugarloaf in Co.Wicklow
I grew up in a village called Greystones and the slopes of the Sugarloaf dominated the local skyline, as a child I was also told it had once been a volcano, this made my childhood fraught with wonder and fear that it might come to life again!
I always watch out for these slopes and a small part of me still wonders if one day it might erupt!!
This painting is oil on board and is framed as shown
