Original artwork description:

This painting was painted in plein air and later finished in the studio. I like this painting approach because I have "direct experience" with all surroundings, constantly changing lights and colors. This way I wanted to capture the evening mood and sunset light effect. Later, I finished painting it in the studio from memory. Working from memory helps me to focus on the essents, not on details.
