I made this painting with some of George Braques landscapes in mind. The simplicity of presenting trees, water, and everyday objects, the blends of colours he used to depict treetops has always fascinated me. Geting closer to abstraction is inevitable in the way I see my surroundings by simplifying shapes and bringing out lines and surfaces of colour as the main elements of the painting.
This is acrylic painting on canvas sheet.
This artwork is sold unframed. It is not mounted on a stretchers frame.
It is dispatched within five working days, as tracked and signed delivery. Please allow between 5 and 20 days for overseas destinations.
