Another in my series looking at the shapes of trees against an evening sky.
This is painted in an impressionist style....lots of overlaid dots!! It is painted in acrylic with some fine details in black pen. I have added a small amount of bronze paint to the tree trunks and ground. This catches the light sometimes, and gives the work a glow!
I enjoyed doing this one, even though it was time consuming with so much fine detail. I enjoy the style of mixing reality with pattern.
It comes with a white mount and backboard. It takes a regular 16 x 20 inch frame that you can but anywhere. I have shown an example of it in a black frame.
