This was one of the most beautiful sunrises I have ever had the pleasure to experience. I actually saw the orange sun appear from the horizon as if it was emerging from the ocean, it was spectacular! Mother Nature definitely put on a special display on this morning! As I was drawing “en plein air” while this event happened (very quickly!) I decided to focus on the slower longer lasting moments just after the sunrise as the rising Sun slowly rose from behind the clouds illuminating the whole scene. Also, whilst drawing this scene (in a hat and sunglasses) it became incredibly bright and hot and I only just managed to finish this picture before the burn was too much to take! No surprise really when you are staring towards a huge fireball with no cloud cover!

Due to this I have had to increase the the cost of shipping my artworks in line with the Delivery Companies. I will always strive to find the cheapest possible option for the customer (usually my local POST OFFICE EMS Recorded Delivery, but unfortunately they don’t deliver to every country at the moment) If the amount of shipping charged at purchase is less than the shipping company charges then I will refund the difference to the customer. This refund will be done after the picture has arrived safely and has been accepted.
Any import duties, taxes and charges that may be payable are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please message me to check if this might affect your purchase.
