The watercolor painting "Sunny sketch. Italy" was drawn from life during my plein air travel in Italy in 2019.

After finishing the watercolor festival in the city of Fabriano, I cycled to another watercolor festival in the city of Urbino. The distance between these cities is about 80 km.

For me, this is a short distance and I thought that I would cover it in one day. But as it turned out later, it was the most difficult part of my trip in Italy in terms of climb level, and on the first day I covered only 20 km.

The city of Cagli is located approximately halfway between the cities of Fabriano and Urbino and is located on a picturesque hill and looks like a fortress.

The work was painting by professional Italian watercolors Maimeri Blu on 100% cotton watercolor paper 300 g/m2, which guarantees the durability of the preservation of the work under proper storage conditions, decorated under glass.

All the funds raised from the sale of my paintings are used to make my dream of a mobile workshop based on a minibus come true. Now I travel the world on a bicycle, it is very exciting, but for greater productivity I need a minibus in which I will live, travel and paint.
