Original artwork description:

This oil and mixed media landscape on canvas of sunlit fields and mountains was made by using thin layers of oils and acrylics onto a textured gesso ground.
Areas of the painting were then lightly sanded and scratched away to enhance the texture and light effects. Inspired by my visits to the Lake District and Scotland.
The canvas is ready to hang, with the painting continuing around the sides of the canvas for continuity and is framed in a professionally made, white wooden frame.
