Aspen trees are so stimulating to paint! They represent the letting go the warmth of summer and preparing for the solitude of winter. Within the color pallet have used the warm colors of the sun light on the leaves connecting with the warm earth bellow on the right. The trunks and bark in the cool tones with a cool sky peaking through the aspens connecting with the blue ground below. This painting represents natures balance with the change of seasons.
