‘Sunlight Through the Trees’ A landscape view of memories in those crisp early morning walks when the leaves have finally shed for the winter. There really is a fresh, shivery, cold feel to this piece as winter has come upon us and we’re out all bundled up in hats and scarfs!! I’ve used a translucent silver mirror effect over the pale blue sky, and that gives the icy impression. An important aspect to my work is I aim to stimulate the senses so if you have experienced goosebumps, and then I’ve done my job!! If you find a home for this piece, you will have to crank up the heating or light that fire!! And then you won't even have to go on that walk!
