Original artwork description:

Coreopsis Grandiflora Sunkiss, or Tickseed, is a very pretty little flower. It has a beautiful ray floret of yellow petals with a red wine splodge centred by a mass of stamens. This painting shows a close-up view of the little flower, perhaps a bee's-eye view!
It is an oil painting on birch board and, although it could be hung on a hook as it is, would probably look better framed.
