This is my second painting of Sunflowers using an African material. I discovered this African material at a market near me. I often buy props for my still life paintings and the colours went with my Sunflowers. These flowers are an inspiration to me - I love painting them in all sorts of ways. I am influenced by Van Gogh - I love his colours style and subjects. I have aded lemons to the composition for more interest
