Artwork description:

I have an allotment but this linocut was inspired a plot I walk past in order to reach my garden. It's better tended than mine and I love the Victorian looking cloches they have around the place. This composition depicts a corner under the apple tree where the dappled light makes a swirling pattern of all the leaves.
This is a small, reduction linocut print. The lino block is cut away by hand and each layer of colour is applied. All the prints have slight variations and are unique artworks. I use water based ink.

The image measures 15cms x 10.5cms
The paper size is 21cms x 15cms approx.
The print is numbered, titled and signed with initials on the front.
It comes in a cellophane print bag and is posted in a reinforced envelope by Royal Mail special delivery.
