I'm painted the sketch with sunflowers three times in a different state. This is already a golden sky, and a rather restrained color scheme at sunset, at the same time a play of warm and cold, reflexes and textures. The flowers themselves bent heavily to the ground under their burden. The very next day they were tied up with a cloth so that the birds would not gnaw at the seeds and they would not fall to the ground. This is the first time I've seen this. Thrifty owner.
