This collection of paintings features highly textured beach or sea scenes. Unusual mixed media has been used to create drama, a wow factor and a powerful statement. These paintings are painstakingly created using many layers of paints and pigments.
This artwork showcases a textured tropical beach the foreground with the calming, hypnotic effect of the sea crashing onto it. Gloss resin has been applied over the sea to give the appearance of water. A jewel coloured sun elegantly uplifts the sky.
