Artwork description:

This print is a sister to 'Sunday drive (i)' and is just a little further along the lane.

☼ ☼ ☼ ☼ ☼

This print is pulled from a relief plate cut from rubber, a variation of letterpress, akin to linoprinting. The completed edition made 5 copies. The print would fit straight into a standard 10x14 inch frame or I can trim the print to your requirement. Please see the adjacent photograph as to how the image is positioned on the paper. The print is on light Japanese paper and a backing sheet trimmed to the same size is included.

Materials used:

oil-based black printing ink on Japanese Washi paper
