Although this scene is no more than five miles from home, I don't think I'd been along this lane in more than the thirty years I've lived here. Maybe you don't have to go far to see something new. It's lovely to just pootle along a country road looking at what's about – I'll be back!

This print is pulled from a relief plate cut from rubber, a variation of letterpress, akin to linoprinting. The completed edition made 5 copies. The print would fit straight into a standard 10x14 inch frame or I can trim the print to your requirement. Please see the adjacent photograph as to how the image is positioned on the paper. The print is on light Japanese paper and a backing sheet trimmed to the same size is included.
