Scenery like this beautiful forested landscape flashed past our windows as we wound our way up mountain roads to Orofino in northern Idaho. We stopped often to bask in the loveliness of the land, hear the laughing brooks tumbling down hillsides, and watch the mists shifting and dancing in the breeze.
