When the sun shines here you need to make the most of it. Find a quiet spot, get your kit off and slip, slap slop before lying back to soak up some rays. And if you're in France as the Tour goes by just get up grab your tackle and run up the road with the lead out train ... had to laugh at one over-excited and energetic member of the crowd on Stage 15 caught on camera yesterday.
