Original artwork description:

Sun Shiny Day 1 is painted in oil on 18 x 24 x 1.5 gallery wrapped canvas. I painted 3 together, sun shiny day 1, 2 & 3, they do pair well together, but also stand alone pieces.

Painted intuitively using a multi layer process, mark making, and thick paint applied with knives and brushes in shades of grey, yellows, orange and pinks and dark browns and hints of black creates texture and interest. Fresh contemporary painting. Sides and back are continuosly painted as well.
