Summer skies over Glendalough Lake is a small but perfectly formed painting of the Famous glacial valley and lake in Wicklow Ireland, as a child my family would go there for picnics and my imagination was always drawn to the trees on the steep sides of the valley...

I used to always wonder if the trees were tumbling down or climbing up.... I just could never make my mind up!
