Original artwork description:

I painted this painting during a visit to friends in the beautiful old city of Nuremberg in southern Germany. Many of the houses are from medieval times and I was attracted to the array of ornate rooves on these houses that line the street up to the castle. To avoid the crowds as the town got busy later, I got up very early and painted this view on site from the castle looking down onto the city as it slowly came to life on that summer morning.

This unique artwork is sold mounted and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.
