Inspired by the beauty of the Southern France landscape, with its rolling hills and the warm haze of summer, this painting is a unique opportunity to own an original painting. This piece was created using a combination of brush work and palette knife to create texture and energy. The dominant colour in this piece is 'light blue violet', used not only in the foreground but in the sky and as a glaze over the background hills to create a sense of distance and thus a greater sense of depth to the finished piece. Created using heavy body acrylics and finished with a matt varnish to ensure ongoing product and colour quality.
