Original artwork description:

In Vietnam, there is always red flamboyant blooming on the trees in beginning of summer, when pupils/students prepare their summer holiday. So they are often affected by emotion before the good-bye saying moment. The painting describes a group of school girls in white “Ao dai” (the tradditional long dress of Vietnamese woman) are chatting and say about their emotion before farewell. The red color is the symbol of flamboyant and summer. These are pure memories in the period of pupils
