"Summer Day" is inspired by a beautiful day I spent on the little island named "Fraueninsel" in the Chiemsee-lake in Bavaria. It had been in the middle of summer. It was a very warm, sunny day. The flowers had beautiful blossoms, the water of the lake was warm enough to swim. All the people were smiling. It had been a lovely and very enjoyable day.

Coming back I painted "Summer Day", full of the impressions of this beautiful day. I wish that people looking at my painting can fell the warmth and happiness of this very special day.

"Summer Day" is painted on cardboard and needs to be framed.

It is signed named and dated on the back.
