I love walled gardens. I live very close to Belton House, a National Trust property in Lincolnshire. Behind the orangery in the Italian Garden is an area of glorious perennial flower beds backed by the old stone and red brick walls. The flowers that grow there have inspired a number of my compositions including Summer Border. It's a great place to sit and paint.
This picture is one of my mini oils on board. This painting is presented in a cream mount that I have cut myself in my studio. The painting is signed on the reverse underneath backing paper and comes in a cellophane print bag.
The image size is 8.3cms x 8.3cms
The mount size is 20cms x 20cms
This painting looks great displayed as it comes in its mount, propped on a shelf, mantlepiece or mini easel. Alternatively, it can be go straight into an of the peg frame of your choice.
