Sugarloaf Summer is a painting of a summers walk to the top of the Sugarloaf mountain in county Wicklow… I grew up in it’s shadows and I have always loved this iconic Landmark and I remember being told it was a dormant volcano as a child and I kept a weather eye on it in case it ever decided to wake up and I always look out for it when I drive nearby still!

The vibrant yellows of the dandelions against the green of the grass, topped off by bright blue skies made for the beautiful day..

This painting is oil on board and comes float mounted and framed as shown and is 33 x 33 x 3 cm Framed/ 21 x 21 cm unframed
