Original artwork description:

The gift of flowers is an invitation to create a painting. However, due to the abstract nature of the work, they may not recognise their prize blooms.
My colleague, Sue and her husband Richard live in the Adelaide Hills where among many other horticulture wonders, they grow hydrangeas.
After a dining out they presented me, and other guests, with a bunch of beautiful hydrangeas from the boot of their car.
Such a lovely surprise.
