Impressionistic style of underwater painting of Lake Tahoe. only used 4 colors and white, Depth of water creative by using subtle value changes. I am terrified by water, unable to learn swim even in the pool. When I was a young child I fell into deep well. The weight of bucket was more than my body weight the bucket pulled me down as I draw water from the well. My fear of water motivates me to paint water and this is how I overcome fear of deep water. This painting is 36 by 36, 1.5 inches deep, painted all sides of canvas, no need for frame for this piece.
