The inclined space is a stage for the study of the lines in a female body. The negative space in the body is completed by the movement of the inclined space, which also gives a support on which the figure is resting. The hand in the left side of the canvas places the figure firmly on the inclined space, and also creates an opposite diagonal, reinforced by the other arm, giving the piece movement and weight.

OBS: All works made on canvas, that leaves the Brazilian frontiers, need to go through a check with the IPHAN, the national institute for the historical and artistic patrimony, to prevent contraband of artwork to the black market.
