Studland beach, Dorset
A bracing walk,
Sunshine and wind,
Tide drifting across the beach,
Sand dunes,
Love being here.

Words and thoughts of my experience recently and being here many times in the past.
It was an inspirational walk embracing the energy of the sea, movements, light and patterns. I eventually walked all the way to the end of Studland beach peninsula taking in the atmosphere, colours and dramatic sky. I created this watercolour from a series of art demonstrations for my YouTube and instagram.
I used a three colour process using phthalo blue, yellow ochre and primary red. You can see how I achieved this if you follow what I do on my YouTube channel.
