acrylic, colored pencils, pen, paper cut-outs and painted paper on paper

an improvised and intuitive chromatic and compositional study, dedicated to the intuitive search for structure + balance + relationships among geometries and colors, and to explore and analyze contrast + stratification + fragmentation + juxtaposition + movement + compositional dynamics

started as a quick, free pen sketch/doodle and developed into a mixed-media composition that follows an assemblage approach and that in fact includes collage elements (paper cut-outs, paper fragments, colored and painted paper)

a fragmented, chromogeometric structure, dynamic, ever-changing, balanced but unstable, spreading|propagating into all available spaces and energies and, in the process, transforming|mutating|decaying into another structure - its instability caused by its own dynamism, its balance due to an equal action of opposing, invisible forces

a complex of figures and forms linked together, yet in conflict, it partially relies on pure chance and partially on aesthetic sense
