The iceberg is much larger than what we can see. Beneath the surface, things are often tangled, twisted and complex. To progress one must become more aware of the underlying structures which form their values and beliefs.
Structures are everywhere. They are physical, they are mental, they are invisible. As there are many layers to life and experience, we need to look beyond the surface to seek out the underlying framework.
