Tet holiday is the biggest annual celebration in Vietnam, marking the lunar new year. During this time families visit loved ones and give each other gifts, such as lucky money in red envelopes. Streets are decorated with colourful flags, lights and lanterns. This work is semi-abstract in nature, due to the free and loose style of the image. It's part of a series of works that records my time spent in Vietnam. The work is quite roughly carved from an off-cut of linoleum, lending a special charm to it. Each work will not be identical to the next, due to the nature of the printing process, but this adds to its unique quality.

This is a limited edition linocut, printed on good quality 300gsm paper.

Your print will come wrapped in protective tissue paper to reach you in the best condition.
