Original artwork description:

The title "Streamer (canon event)" came after the painting was complete. I originally thought of a streamer cannon because the mark-making in the piece reminds me of party streamers going out in multiple directions. The new term "canon event" is described as something that has to happen in your life's story plot to define your character and has been circulating recently. I felt like the combination of the two resonated with me and this piece.
