I painted this Trossachs scene with no frills and no quirks, that's why I've called it straight up. This also echoes the foreground trees screening the loch and the forested braes. It's early spring and light and windy. Painted in oils on unstretched canvas (41cm x28.5cm), supported on a backing board. This piece is already framed in a recycled frame and ready to hang.
