STRA-VOLTI - 51x55 cm table frame 59x62 cm. -
The main source of my inspiration is the face, and its mask, being and appearing, and since it is more important to appear, the mask becomes necessary, because the mask we wear every day before going out is how others identify us. We try to look at the other side of ourselves from the outside, in the vain search for our own identity.
The artist in me, the mentality, the environment, the news, the way of life, urges me to look at everything I come across, to assimilate the images, to process them; to create elegant fugues from the advertising type, by breaking down the planes, shapes and contours, according to the cubist method.
