I never get tired of drawing waves. There is so much magic and beauty in them. I close my eyes and see how the waves roll in, break on stones and fly up in spray and foam seeping into the sand ...

This painting is made with a palette knife using the impasto technique. The paint has been applied with strokes and the painting has a convex structure.
