On a stormy day at the sea, abstract watercolor, gouache and ink with some sparkling silver pigment. This painting consists of many thin layers of white, grey, black and blue watercolors.
It shows mainly black, dark grey, white and some blue. You can see a storm, some waves, rocks, rain, you can also see the painting complete abstract and turn it upside down as you like. However, these are the colors of change and of storm, what can also be seen as a metaphor for us all facing rough times at the moment.
On Paper size 30x20cm, part shown in the matte 20x20 cm, framed 30x30 cm.
The painting comes as a sheet of paper rolled without passepartout or frame.
Shipping costs cover professional packing materials, insurance, transport etc but not customs/duties. Shipping unframed works overseas is usually much cheaper, but if you want it ready to hang, you may contact me.
Collectors should choose their own passepartout and frame, the inner frame of the passepartout could be square but could also show more of the painting (see photo of sheet as it comes). Black, white and silver frames would look very good, the frame could be much larger, that would work out fine, just ask for advice.
Looks great in a series of two with "Storm I", if you buy both, I will charge no shipping cost.
Signed on the back with certificate of authenticity.
