Storm approaching is a one off.
During the lino cutting of my latest print Out to Sea I thought I'd experiment during the cutting of the layers by printing a black only one layer print. This produced a very strong contrasting image which I then sprayed with water to represent the rain spilling from the heavy cloud.
I later printed some grey detail ripples back onto the sea.
I have to say I love how it turned out.
The print has some black ink marks from the printing around the border which can be seen on the close up images, they can be covered by the mount when framed.
